Reading through the responses to our recent article about no call, no shows, I thought about my own experiences in the restaurant industry. I know about not showing up for shift. I’ve also been on the other side of the coin – as a manager sitting alone waiting for candidates who never came.
We’re currently giving a very close look to how job seekers and employers move through the process of deciding to work together. Taking what we’ve learned, we’re planning on making the communication between job seekers and employers easier and faster – and to bring some much-needed transparency to hiring in the hospitality industry.
