Attention Food + Beverage industry folk! Poached Jobs is partnering up with The Carpenter Hotel in Austin, Texas for a two night free stay giveaway!

One of the best parts of working in the service industry is getting a schedule with flexibility or the potential of getting your coworkers to cover your shift — especially when your GM doesn’t approve your time off request.

Poached is built by Hospitality veterans who recognize that some folks just need a little more help taking that extra time for themselves. We are here to help out a lucky workaholic plus a friend (of course), because no one should reap the benefits alone.

The Carpenter Hotel opened in 2018 in one of the nation’s oldest union halls. Renovated by The Mighty Union, this new addition to the hip Austin hospitality scene was destined for success. The Carpenter is a 93-room hotel, each having its own outdoor terrace which either overlooks the pool or faces the park. The food they offer is as comforting and vibrant as the atmosphere. Culinary Director Jorge Hernandez leads the restaurant, Carpenters Hall. Also on the grounds are Hot L Coffee shop and an event space, the Q-Hut. You won’t be able to decide whether to explore the urban oasis that is Zilker Park, or stay in and enjoy all of the amenities that The Carpenter has to offer.

To enter to win, follow us on Instagram (@poachedjobs) and comment a story about your wildest shift at work on this post.

The Carpenter Hotel is looking for experienced professionals to join their team in the restaurant! Bon Appétit 2019 Best in New Restaurant nominee, Carpenters Hall, combines New American with Texas sensibility.
