With Poached Shifts, employers can quickly fill gaps in staffing by booking shifts with our national network of reliable hospitality professionals. Whether you need to hire for an upcoming event, fill gaps in your employee schedule — or want to try before you hire for a permanent position — Poached Shifts offers you the flexibility and control to stay fully staffed.
Poached Shifts is easy and flexible. You can post a shift to fill one day or multiple days — and request as many workers as needed to cover your shift. Once your shift is live on our site, workers in your area can begin to apply for the booking. We also use our job matching algorithms to promote your shifts with workers in the area that fit the criteria listed. As applicants come through, you can quickly finalize the booking right from your Poached Account.
Payout is easy. Workers submit invoices directly to you with their recorded hours. We’ll notify you when new invoices come through so you can quickly submit payment, or request revision, right from your Poached Account. You pay the hourly wage listed for your booking, plus a flat $39 service fee per worker for each shift worked. If you’d like to offer permanent employment to a particular worker, there are no hidden fees — making Poached Shifts a great tool to fill any staffing need.
