Introducing Poached Locations

Built so restaurateurs and managers can better connect their hiring practices across multiple locations.

At Poached, we thrive on building a resource for restaurant owners, hiring managers, and workers to connect through the best employment opportunities available. With that goal in mind, we’re always grateful for the feedback we receive from our community — and nothing is too small. Hearing how you think Poached could be better is invaluable.

And that is precisely how Poached Locations was born.

Over the years, some of our customers have requested the ability to connect multiple Poached users under one central account. They needed a way to organize their hiring needs and consolidate billing across multiple managers or business locations while maintaining individual accounts’ privacy.

With Poached Locations – restaurant owners, GMs, recruiters, or anyone who generally oversees the hiring process for a business can configure their account as an administrator and connect to other managers’ Poached Accounts.

Here’s how it works:

Once you enable Poached Locations from your account’s Settings panel, you can assign specific locations to your team members.

When you add a user, we’ll send an email asking them to accept and confirm the location. Once your accounts are configured, they will see the option to post for the site you assigned when opening the Job Post or Shift Post form in their dashboard.

You can even set up a secure payment method for your locations right from the Admin account. When a team member selects to post for the business they were assigned to, we’ll securely apply this payment method at checkout without displaying any sensitive information.

With Poached Locations, you can view your team’s postings and applications and review any purchases or invoices by filtering to the locations you set up in your Jobs panel and Billing Panel.

Manage all your locations, payment methods, and users quickly from the Locations Panel in the side navigational menu in your account.

Poached Location is an excellent solution for businesses with multiple decision-makers in the hiring process. It allows more control and transparency while maintaining privacy when organizing hiring needs across managers and locations.
